Heathfield Sixth Form has an established reputation for excellent results across a range of academic subjects, with outcomes placing us consistently in the top 25% of Colleges Nationally. The Sixth Form has 300 students with around 65-70% of those progressing from the main College and the remainder joining us from other local secondary schools. We have a proven track record of enabling students to make a successful transition into higher education, apprenticeships or employment.
The Sixth Form is well resourced with its own LRC study area, common room and bespoke suite of teaching rooms. Our aim is to encourage each student to become a fully rounded person, developing self confidence by encouraging them to try new experiences and take on responsibilities.
Great importance is attached to the relationship that the students share with their teachers and our Sixth Formers enjoy their new status as young adults studying in a supportive and friendly environment, enabling them to mature intellectually, personally and socially.
